Is it plugged in? Did you turn on the "rocker switch" on the power supply? Did you push the little "power on" button and the circular LED did not glow a mild red color?

We test all of our systems for 48 hours straight before shipping them out (or delivering them personally via our van).
But if your system doesn't work when you plug it in, you can send it back to us without being charged for the shipping.
We'll ship you an identical system (this time it will work though) as soon as possible, maybe even quicker than that.
